Tickets

Unused tickets for an event that was completed are not refundable.  Tickets purchased for events that were rained-out can be used as rain checks for the amount of purchase for any event held at the same track for a period of 60 days.  If you live more than 60 miles from the track to which you purchased a ticket, we will give you a refund at your request.  Contact Ken Dobson at kdobson@ciltrak.com or 217-371-3653.

If you had trouble viewing a broadcast, please contact us the following day to describe your problems and to request a refund.  We do not handle refunds on the night of an event as our staff is busy managing the event.  We will review your issue and determine the cause along with evaluating any problems encountered by other users in determining the amount of refund, if any.
